Dougherty was formerly President and CEO of Heddington Insurance Ltd., General Manager of Texaco Risk Management, Comptroller and Fiscal Director of Texaco USA and General Tax Attorney of Texaco Inc.

Lester A Amidei, Jr
Amidei is a senior energy executive specializing in all aspects of the downstream oil and gas business. Prior to joining FrontStreet as a Principal in 2003, he had a diverse and distinguished career with Texaco Inc. He is the former head of Texaco’s Corporate Planning Department, was President of Texaco Refining & Marketing Inc. and also served as head of Texaco’s Information Technology Department.
Robert A Solberg
Solberg is FrontStreet’s lead advisor on oil and gas producing activities. FrontStreet is active in the acquisition of select upstream properties, principally in the US. Bob had a long and distinguished career with Texaco Inc. serving as Vice President of Texaco Inc. with responsibility for many aspects of its exploration and producing activities worldwide.
Jerry Bailey
Bailey is a tax attorney and former Treasurer of Caltex, the huge pre-merger refining and marketing joint venture between Chevron Corporation and Texaco Inc. In addition to substantial financial and tax experience, Jerry also has a wealth of downstream marketing and environmental expertise, having served as a senior marketing officer for Star Enterprise, the Saudi-Texaco downstream venture company.

Roy L Eggenberger
Eggenberger joined FrontStreet in July of 2002 following FrontStreet Hugoton, LLC's purchase of the WGP-KHC Gathering System. He is General Manager and Fiscal Director for all of FrontStreet's business enterprises. Prior to joining FrontStreet, he had a long and distinguished career with Texaco Inc. and ChevronTexaco Corporation.
Lynn Eggenberger
Lynn has worked as an independent contractor for FrontStreet since 2002 and became Comptroller in 2016. She is a graduate of Sam Houston State University and a strong addition to the FrontStreet team.

Mac Crikelair
Mac is the Project Manager for the Ski Bowl Village at Gore Mountain project, an Adirondack Four Season Sporting Club development sponsored by FrontStreet Mountain Development. He has been involved with the project permit, entitlement and design since 2005. Mac has a BA in Business Administration and prior experience in sales and marketing.
